About Us

New York Kitchen is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a mission to educate, engage and excite our visitors in a celebration of the incredible agriculture, craft beverage and culinary bounty of New York State. 

Each day we drive our mission forward through our educational hands-on cooking and craft beverage pairing classes, our industry certification courses, and our 100% New York State Tasting Room.

At the heart of our mission are the youth cooking camps we run at low or no cost to our partner organizations including the Boys & Girls Club of Rochester, Boys & Girls Club of Geneva, 4H Camp Bristol Hills, Champion Academy, Education Success Foundation and the Explorers Club of America. In order to operate our extensive programming and to further our reach, we rely heavily on funds raised through our annual Garden Party event.
